Drop off equipment you wish to return to Wave/Broadstripe/Cablespeed at Port Townsend Computers. Equipment is collected every Friday, and you will receive a receipt detailing the equipment you have dropped off for your records.
If you are bringing equipment in for return remember these important items:
- Remotes for all cable boxes and DVRs.
- Power cords and power supplies for all equipment.
Contrary to what is indicated on Wave’s website, we DO NOT accept payments for their service.
